Development: paid, and non-exclusive by default. You own your application IP. DJLL retains DYNEST and all improvements to it.
Exclusivity: offered at the tail end of a development program and priced separately. Narrow grants by category, territory and duration, with performance minimums.
Manufacturing: qualified facilities produce against a documented specification, verified by first-article characterization.
DJLL is looking for contract molders to produce DYNEST elements for its licensees. The work suits shops that cast polyurethane or mold silicone around a steel insert and bond the elastomer to it. A 2026 survey of public sources identified more than 100 US candidates across cast polyurethane, liquid silicone injection and press-molded bonded rubber. If your shop belongs on that list, write to info@dynest.tech.
DJLL Holdings LLC develops and licenses DYNEST. Manufacturing is done by qualified partners, and skateboard applications are licensed to Hamboards Holdings LLC.
DYNEST was invented by Don Sandusky, Ph.D., a polymer physicist. Before founding DJLL he worked in research and development at NASA, DuPont and New Balance. He holds 13 US patents, and his Neverflat basketball technology was licensed to Spalding.
